Problems Mazzaneh Solves – and Its Unique Advantages

Tackling the Core Challenges of Traditional & Digital Commerce
Mazzaneh was built after an in-depth study of buyers’ pain points and sellers’ reluctance to go digital. Unlike conventional marketplaces, Mazzaneh uses a modular and intelligent architecture to address real, long-standing issues that no other platform has solved in this way.
Bringing Offline-Only Users into the Digital Market
Through a simple, trust-driven user experience with no technical barriers, Mazzaneh has successfully onboarded a large percentage of sellers and buyers who had never engaged in online transactions before.
Fast, Simple, and Smart Buying & Selling
With modules like Mazzaneh Radar and Mazzaneh Begir, users can find or sell products and services in seconds instead of hours, using intelligent matching and conversational flows.

MAZZANEH ROAD MAP INFORMATION
International expansion has been part of Mazzaneh’s DNA since day one. Every feature, module, and development path was designed with global deployment in mind. However, severe sanctions and later the Iran–Israel war shifted this from a long-term goal to an immediate priority.
Our current focus is 100% on launching outside of Iran. The Persian version will be paused, and we are finalizing a fully operational English version hosted on servers outside of Iran. If we decide to maintain the Iranian version, it will be entirely separate and independent from the international release — ensuring no technical or infrastructural overlap so that both tracks can progress with maximum efficiency.
What Is Mazzaneh’s Competitive Advantage Compared to Platforms Like Digikala, Torob, or Global Super Apps?
01
Modular & Independent Architecture
Each module (Radar, Board, Pulino, Zoyan, etc.) functions as a standalone innovation. Together, they create a super-app ecosystem with the agility to adapt to any market
02
Income for Everyone — Not Just Sellers
Users can earn money based on their characteristics, preferences, and actions. This model is rare among competitors and highly scalable through gamified ad campaigns
03
Proven Local Business Onboarding at Scale
Mazzaneh’s marketing engine can onboard thousands of offline sellers daily in any city — solving a challenge most platforms fail to address
04
Smart Ad Targeting with Zero Budget Waste
Mazzaneh minimizes ad spend waste by targeting real, high-conversion audiences through behavior-based filters
05
Data You Can Actually Use
Advertisers and sellers gain access to in-depth behavioral data and demand trends, helping them optimize operations with unmatched precision
Mazzaneh is not a copy of existing models — it’s a forward-looking operating system for commerce and advertising that’s ethically data-driven, highly engaging, and incredibly difficult to replicate
Is Mazzaneh Highly Dependent on Its Founder, Mohammad Rahimi
From a technical and infrastructural standpoint, all coding and implementation have been carried out by Mazzaneh’s development team — I have not written the code myself. This means the technical team has full control and capability to maintain and expand the platform independently of me.
In terms of ideation, marketing, and strategic vision, the core team has been working alongside me for years and is fully aware of all methods and execution models. That said, my role in the future direction of Mazzaneh is significant. Every individual has unique strengths, and for me, having already navigated the most difficult stages, the path ahead is both easier and more exciting.
Over the past four years, under extreme pressure — with maximum responsibility, financial strain, and the challenges of operating in the Iranian market — I have solved the most critical problems and built the product. Today, more than 80% of Mazzaneh’s capabilities are built, tested, and proven, making it fully launch-ready.
One key advantage is that I have a natural drive to create new features and ideas, and when freed from heavy operational stress, I perform at my highest level. If you look at Mazzaneh’s story, it has always been filled with innovation and new approaches — a trend that will accelerate in the international launch.
Our journey has been full of real challenges — from rebuilding the entire codebase twice due to limitations of previous teams, to overcoming numerous operational hurdles — and yet, with a team of fewer than 30 people, we’ve achieved something at a truly global scale. This history proves that with the right strategic partner, Mazzaneh will advance at an extraordinary pace.
What Is Your Target Market and How Will You Scale Globally from a City-Level Launch?
🔹 Two Main Groups — Then Segmenting Down to the Most Similar Profiles
At the top level, Mazzaneh’s target market consists of two primary groups:
Digitally experienced businesses (those with websites, prior online sales, and technical familiarity)
Businesses with little or no digital experience (no websites, no online sales history, or entirely offline)
But we don’t stop there.
Each of these groups is further segmented based on behavioral patterns, product category, readiness level, current frustrations, and even communication culture.
This process continues until we arrive at clusters of businesses that share the highest degree of similarity — in needs, concerns, and motivations.
🔹 A Dedicated Acquisition Playbook for Each Group
Once the segmentation is complete, each group gets its own custom acquisition scenario:
For businesses without websites or digital operations, our messaging focuses on simplicity: “One click to launch your online store, appear on the map, and start selling instantly.”
For businesses already active online but dissatisfied with current platforms, we focus on addressing frustrations, offering new monetization tools, advanced analytics, and better sales performance.
🔹 Precision Down to Seconds and Words
Our personalization goes as deep as:
Mapping the best contact times for each group.
Creating user persona files with interests, concerns, and decision-making triggers.
Assigning outreach staff by industry and communication style.
Designing conversations to maximize the likelihood of conversion into active partnerships.

🔹 The Core Principle: No Market Is a Copy of Another
Just as Shiraz had its own unique entry and acquisition strategy, every other city or country will have a completely different playbook. Culture, needs, and market conditions are unique — and repeating a fixed formula not only fails to maximize impact, it risks missing opportunities entirely.
With this fully customized, micro-targeted approach, Mazzaneh can establish itself as a significant and impactful player in any market worldwide, and do it in a remarkably short time.
Yes — adaptability has been built into Mazzaneh’s DNA from day one.
From the earliest stages of design, every feature, module, and marketing process was created with global deployment in mind. Our roadmap has always followed a reverse-engineering approach: starting from the vision of an international rollout and working backwards to ensure each step aligns with that end goal.
Only a small number of features were locally tailored for early testing in Iran, and even those are modular and can be swapped, upgraded, or localized for different cultural, legal, or market conditions.
Modular architecture — Each major feature (Mazzaneh Radar, Mazzaneh Board, Pulino, Zoyan, etc.) can be customized or reconfigured without affecting the rest of the ecosystem.
Segmented marketing framework — Our acquisition strategies are built around deep segmentation, meaning they can be rebuilt for any local market based on behavior, needs, and cultural nuances.
Global-ready UX — The interface, user flows, and engagement mechanisms are designed to work across languages and user habits, with minimal redevelopment.
Proven in diverse environments — Even during the Shiraz MVP, we used multiple playbooks for different business profiles — an approach that mirrors how we’ll localize for cities like New York, London, or Singapore.

Mazzaneh isn’t a platform that needs to be rebuilt for each market. It’s a global-ready ecosystem where 80% of the structure is universal, and the remaining 20% is precisely adapted for the unique needs of each location. This ensures faster rollouts, higher adoption rates, and sustainable engagement in every market we enter.
